Approving and unapproving Referrers

The requesting referrer is automatically approved when an agency is approved through the new agency list. 

Referrers can only be approved through their profiles. To get to a referrer profile, search for them (Referrers -> Search) through the Awaiting tab in the referrers list or New Referrers. 

Click a row of the referrer you wish to approve or unapprove.

You will see a blue button if the referrer is completely new to your furniture bank.

 

Once you click approve an email with the login details will be sent to the newly approved referrer.

Approving referrers that have been previously unapproved

If a referrer was approved, you will see a link for Approve in the stats box.

Once you click approve an email with new login details will be sent to the newly approved referrer.

The referrer can now log in and submit referrals.

Unapproving (Rejecting) Referrers

If a referrer is rejected, no email is sent.

If a referrer was unapproved, you will see a link for Approve in the stats box.

If a referrer is rejected, no email is sent.

If a referrer is unapporved/rejected, they will not be able to login.
