Approving an Agency

There are two ways to approve an agency: from the New Agency list or through the agency profile.

New Agency List

In the client module, navigate to Agencies-> New Agencies.

This section will list all the new agencies applying to submit referrals. You can approve straight from the list with the blue approve button.

Once clicked, the system will approve the agency and the applying referrer. The referrer will receive an email with login details.

The agency will now appear on the New Agency/ Referrer Registration list for referrers.

Agency Profile

First, navigate to the agency profile. To get to the profile, you can search (on the side menu Agencies->search) or go to list, then click on the tab Awaiting. Click on the row of the agency you wish to approve. 

In the top right, you will see the stats box. Click Approve.

In this method, only the agency is approved and not the referrers under the agency. You will need to approve the referrer separately. 

Unapproving an Agency

Agencies can be "unapproved" by going to their profile. Either through searching (Agency->Search on the side menu) or going to the list of agencies (Agencies->List on the side menu).

Then click the link unapprove in the stats box. 

Unapproving an agency prevents all referrers under that agency from submitting referrals.
