Scheduling a Client

New referrals first arrive under referrals on the side menu.
 





This will bring up the list of all new and unapproved referrals list newest first.



Each new referral needs to be first approved. The process of approval is really for a person to review the referral to ensure that it is correct and meets your organizations standards. To open a referral simply click on the row of the referral you wish to open.

Once reviewed click on the blue "Approve" button on the top right of the referral screen.

The action of approval will bring up new tabs including appointment.



Clicking on the appointment tab will bring up basic scheduling. The window comprises of a calendar that show all the scheduled appointments for the month and on the right an area to make the appointment.



Enter the date you wish for the appointment and the start time.  There are two types of appointments Tentative and Confirmed.
  1. Tentative sends an offer to the referrer which they can confirm straight from the email. It will also hold the place in the calendar noted by a yellow dot next to the appointment.
  2. Confirmed will send a email to the referrer confirming the appointment.
Once you hit save the client is scheduled and then on to scheduling the next one.
