Mark a Pick up Request Complete
A request must be in a route to be marked complete
To navigate to a the route through the schedule menu on the side menu.
From the list of routes click on the route where the completed request
From the route scroll to the request card you wish to mark complete. On a laptop or a tablet this will appear to the right of the map, on a phone and smaller screen it will appear below.
At the bottom of the card click on the Mark Complete button.

Mark Client Served
Only clients that have an appointment can be marked served. To mark a client served navigate to the referral by searching, click on referral->scheduled or through the calendar. Click on the Appointment tab. Then click on blue button "Mark as Served".
