Cancel a request

To cancel a request, navigate to the request and click the red button labeled cancel at the top right of the request. 

Requests cannot be cancelled if they are in route. Please follow this article first - Removing a pick up from a route

Reopen a cancelled request

To reopen a cancelled request navigate to the request. The button that was cancelled has changed to reopen. Click on the reopen button, which will reopen the request and allow it to be scheduled.
